I, (please print) ________________________________________________, do hereby give Artist Connie Nobbe my permission to draw/paint my portrait.  In doing so, I give the Artist, her assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my image in all forms and media for use in her portfolio, promotional pieces, her website, social media, or any other platform for the purpose of promoting her art business.  I acknowledge that the Artist may also use the image to enter competitions and exhibitions, which may result in third parties using the image as part of their publications.
